Get in Touch and Book Your First Visit

A maintenance call that goes badly usually fails at the start: vague symptoms, no building details, and a contractor who cannot confirm access. A call that goes well takes five minutes and produces a scheduled visit with a clear purpose. Here is how to reach us and what to have ready so your call lands in the second category.

Calling Us: What to Have Ready

Call +971 50 168 5444 and tell us three things: the symptom, the community and building name, and whether anyone will be on site. The symptom should be specific: water dripping through a ceiling corner, AC running but not cooling, breaker tripping when the kettle is used. The building name matters because access rules vary across Dubai, from open service corridors to full permit regimes, and we check what your tower requires before we promise a time. Knowing whether you, a tenant, or building management will provide access lets us schedule realistically. If you have photographs of the fault, have them ready to send; they often let us narrow the diagnosis before anyone attends, which shortens the visit.

What Happens on the First Visit

The first visit is diagnostic. A directly employed technician attends, inspects the affected system with the appropriate instruments, and where relevant takes measurements: moisture readings, pressure tests, circuit tests, AC performance figures. You receive a written report with photographs and a fixed quote for the recommended repair, usually the same day by email. The AED 200 inspection fee applies and is refunded when you proceed. If the fault turns out to sit on the building side of the service charge boundary, the report states that with evidence, and you take it to your management rather than paying for their responsibility. Nothing is repaired before you approve the quote, and nothing is charged that is not on it.

Urgent Faults and Out-of-Hours Contact

For active leaks, electrical safety faults, or AC failure in extreme heat affecting vulnerable occupants, call the same number and say it is urgent. Our dispatcher will triage honestly: if it is a genuine emergency we prioritise same-day attendance within our coverage area, and if it is not, we will say so rather than take an emergency premium for a routine job. While you wait, follow the safety steps on our emergency page: isolate water at the nearest stopcock, do not repeatedly reset tripping breakers, and photograph everything for the eventual report. Out-of-hours attendance is possible where your building permits it, and any differential rates are stated before we attend, never discovered on the invoice.

Owners Abroad and Remote Approvals

A large share of our customers are not in Dubai when a fault appears. The process works the same: arrange access through your tenant, building management, or a representative, authorise us in writing, and we attend, diagnose, and send the photographic report and fixed quote by message or email. Repairs proceed on your approval, which can be given by phone or message, and payment follows by transfer or card with the completion report attached. Video calls during the visit are usually possible so you can see the fault yourself. Distance changes nothing about the documentation; if anything, remote owners rely on it more, and our reports are written to be understood without standing in the room.

Common questions

Straight answers, before you book.

What are your working hours?

We take calls and schedule visits during standard Dubai working hours, with emergency attendance prioritised within our coverage area for genuine urgent faults. Building access rules often limit when contractors can work, typically to weekday daytime, and we schedule within those constraints. When you call, tell us your building name and we will confirm what access window applies and book the earliest realistic slot.

Can I get a quote without a visit?

For some clear-scope jobs, such as scheduled AC servicing of a known number of units, we can quote from the information you provide. For faults like leaks, tripping electrics, or cooling problems, a proper fixed quote requires diagnosis on site, which is what the AED 200 refundable inspection fee covers. Photographs you send in advance help us narrow the scope but rarely replace the visit.

How do I send photographs or documents?

Send photographs of the fault, any previous reports, or your building's access requirements by WhatsApp or email to the contact details you receive when you call +971 50 168 5444. Clear, well-lit photographs of the affected area, plus any error displays or stains, are most useful. Everything you send is attached to your job file and referenced in the diagnostic report.
